Yeni Kuti recalls that her dad, Fela, who went on precisely 19 years today

The Afrobeat legend went on August second 1997. His little girl, Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti, took to her IG page to recall that him. She composed;


"Nineteen years back our Icon father, pioneer and father of the Nation left the world stage. He lives in us everlastingly and keeps on managing and secure us. That is the reason Nigeria didn't go to war against all forecasts. Rest in peace Fela. We miss you"
